Jodi’s online teacher training for best self-wellness gave a very clear and most importantly applicable foundation in teaching yoga to people with disabilities. I have previously taken specialized trainings for teaching individuals with special needs, and I must say that Jodi's has been the most in-depth. She gives very clear and concise information on specific conditions and how to teach to meet the client's needs. Previous to taking this training I had over 700 hours in specialized courses that were yoga alliance approved. I felt that Jodi's training gave in-depth insight on how to handle different situations that could arise while teaching clients. If you’re interested in teaching populations with special needs this training is a must! To this day I still have not found something as applicable!
Many 'ah ha' moments!
Especially around providing choices and creating a safe and supportive classroom space for all students.
I really enjoyed the whole value I received through the online teacher training and additional support from Jodi. Jodi devotes her instruction to those with special needs and I absolutely adore the education that I have received from this training.
